White is also a Youth Venture Ambassador where she works with others to help youth start their own non-profit organizations and social ventures. Through Youth Venture, White heard about the Best Buy 15 Challenge.  White entered the contest and received more than 10,000 votes in an online poll to become a winner of the challenge. She received $10,000 to support Wild and Water Swimming.
